Our mission is to provide a high-quality early childgood experience for each child that will instill self-worth, foster independence, and influence their present potentional, their future education, and their life. We can accomplish this mission by working in partnership with parents to coordinate creative learning experiences and positive guidance techniques to support the child’s development in the home, school, and community.
We, the staff of the Wells Family Resource Center, believe that “play” is the childs’ work. By engaging in a hands-on and interactive approach to learning, children will become indepenent, self-confident, inquisitive, and enthusiastic learners.
The goal of the Wells Family Resource Center is to create an enjoyable, educational, and healthy learning environment for preschool children. This goal is accomplished by ensuring that the physical, emotional, creative, cognitive, and social needs of the individual child are supported by an age-appropriate, standards-based curriculum.
